"I'll have Dorota Blackberry everyone an itinerary."

There are some things about Gossip Girl that I could do without: Little J, Lily's "cancer," and things I'd love more of: ERIC, crazy-cool fashion (Can someone please call Pat Fields?) Last season, the greatest show of our time, was hit or miss in story lines AND clothing choices. (Seriously, Serena's clothes need to be a size or two bigger. Give the girl some breathing room.) I'm getting really excited seeing the pics from the filming of the coming season.

Yay! Leighton is excited they're back! And she's wearing a rockin' dress as always and Serena is in a two-small onesie, as always.

So cute. Anybody know who the pieces are by? Or if it's a dress?

YES. Chuck Bass and his walking stick.

Love the blue pants and obvious fighting that's going on but WTF is going on with Serena's hair? It's like a pony-mullet!

WHO MAKES THIS DRESS? It's beautiful. PS I really hope the flip flops aren't part of the outfit. I'm sure they're not. Let's hope.

Is that Chuck?? I don't think so!

I can't wait to see the episode where Blair throws Serena in the fountain!! Amazing. Bring bitchy Blair back!

I love hats.

This is a random new-ish Leighton pic, but I love her hair so much here. She has the half blonde/half brown thing down. I have an appointment next weekend for a color/cut and I'm so bringing this picture.

Happy USA/Twilight's Worst Hair

I'm feeling quite down today and I usually try not to blog when I'm feeling like this as I'm not really a "misery loves company" kind of girl. My neck is having a rough couple of days so I'm stuck in the apartment missing the 4th of July festivities. On one hand it's WAY too hot and fireworks are really for when you have kids and listening to my neighbors sing country (?) music is killing me. And the smell of meat grilling? Vomit. On the other hand, my roommates are going to a fireworks party at Chelsea Piers which sounds different and fun and there's also a midtown party inside that sounds enjoyable. Instead I'm sitting here eating a Skinny Cow ice cream cone watching Remember Me (which is depressing me more) and reading the Sunday Times. Oh, and contemplating why Summit couldn't afford better wigs for Eclipse.

Seriously, it's a bit ridiculous.

I know Nikki Reed said that she dyed her real hair in the first movie but it was so horrible and uncomfortable that she wore wigs for the next two. You know what? I've gone platinum blonde too and other than a little breakage, it's not that bad and wait, how much money is she getting paid for this? The wig doesn't look much better then my Sookie Halloween one which was literally plastic.

Kristen's, below, isn't as bad but it still look fake. It's WAY too long (Bella is not fussy enough for super long hair) and too one color.

Jackson Rathbone (in the middle) has the worst of all. What IS this mess?? I mean, what are they thinking? He's sort of cute in real life but looks terrible as Jasper.

Last but definitely not least, is Ashley Greene's unfortunate bob. I know Alice is supposed to be all cute and spunky but I think they could have gone with a pixie cut over this mess.

Aside from the hair, I did love the movie! It had some campy moments ("I AM hotter then you") and we kept feeling like the gorgeous Xavier Samuel (below, left) was about to break into song a la West Side Story (OK that would've been pretty amazing.)

Hope you all have better 4th of July plans! Go see Eclipse. ;)

Two Toned Hair: Hot or Not?

This look is still going strong! What do you guys think? Cute? Or does it just look like you need your hair done? I think I like it.

MtV Movie Awards: Red Carpet Part 3

The Queen Betty White and the adorable Bradley Cooper. This is how you do casual dress guys!

Sandra Bullock's Oday Shakar sequined dress is beautiful as was her speech (even though no one thought for a second she was going anywhere.)

I like Amanda Seyfried's sheer dress but she's looking a little scrawny. Where'd her curves go?

Even uber-hot Rob can't get away with a sloppy white tee, a SHORTER black jacket and khakis. He needs to take some cues from Taylor.

Russell Brand and Katy Perry are going to have the hottest wedding in the world.

I heart Paul Rudd. One time, I went by his apartment in the East Village and he was there...with his wife and I ran.

Cute jumpsuit on Elizabeth Reaser but the annoying hair!

iCarly! Miranda Cosgrove looks so cute and age appropriate and her legs look a mile long in nude heels.

I actually don't mind this dress on Stephanie Pratt. It's kind of on-trend and fun. I'm imagining what it would look like on someone without horrible extensions and a fake tan.

I don't know why but I just don't get Jessica Biel. I DO get her super cute Giambattista Valli dress. Also, her hair is very shiny. I wonder what she uses.

OMG of the Day

My senior picture (was a junior when we took it.) I'm pretty sure my hair is straw. Don't you love being at a parent's house?

The Softest Hairspray Ever

I'm not really a beauty girl. I wear the same makeup to work, a bar, a party, etc. I still don't know how to put on eyeliner. My frizzy hair usually looks a little...crazy (thanks, Carolyn!) There is one product I can't live without. It would be included on that whole things-you'd-bring-on-a-deserted-island list. L'OREAL Elnett Hairspray is ah.ma.zing. I never used hairspray for fear of the stickiness and Jersey Shore look. I can spray this all over my head and it sets my hair and tames my frizz and somehow makes it shiny also. Later, if I want to change my look, it literally brushes right out. I don't know how they do it, but my hair actually feels softer. It's a little pricey but worth it. (Target is the cheapest I've seen at $14.99.) At first I had trouble finding it as it slowly made its way here from across the pond, but now I think even Duane Reade has it. Let me know if you love it as much as I do!
