At 5ft 2in, Kim Kardashian usually relies on towering heels to give her stylish look a boost.

But the reality star ditched her usual stilettos for comfortable flats as she visited Kris Jenner at her home in Calabasas, California, on Mother's Day.

However, the black leather boots may have not been the wisest fashion choice for the petite star - they cut off at her thigh making her look shorter than she actually is.

But she was otherwise chic in multi layered ensemble of grey leggings, cream silk top and a short light brown jacket.


The 30-year-old had taken a limo from her home with a couple of other family members.

They had a lunch party to celebrate the special occasion, with Kim tweeting earlier: 'Happy Mother's Day to all of the mom's!!!!'

And she gave an insight into what they were tucking into and posted: 'So @KhloeKardashian just cooked the yummiest breakfast for @KeepinUpWKris and the fam! Its this Armenian breakfast called Beeshe! Its delish'.

Beeshee is a thin Armenian pastry, similar to a pancake, that is topped with powdered sugar.

But Kim was sure to work off those extra calories today and tweeted that she went for an early workout this morning.

She is also currently designing a new handbag line for sears to add to her growing list of products and endorsement deals.

Kim is currently dating 6ft 9in basketball star Kris Humphries - the pair have been dating since November last year but already seem to be madly in love.

They were recently in Mexico to celebrate the 32nd birthday of Kim's sister Kourtney and were said to be very affectionate and all over each other.

Nearly every inch of Kim Kardashian's body is hairless - and that's exactly how she likes it.

The 30-year-old reality star has spoken out about her obsession with hair removal - and even admitted that she used to wax her forehead.

Kim said that up until two years ago she had baby hairs around her hairline that she used to have removed before opting for a more permanent method of laser surgery.

'If you look at pictures of me from even three years ago, I had like two inches of baby hairs on my forehead.

'But they weren't thick enough to slick back, so they were permanently down and I would wax them all the time and now I lasered them and now they don't come back,' Kim tells Us Magazine.

The brunette beauty also makes it a point to keep her hands perfectly manicured and her feet in tip-top shape, and yesterday was spotted her getting her nails done at a salon in Beverly Hills.

Kim admits she's been obsessed with having a hair free physique since before she was even a teenager.

'Literally, at twelve years old I had a bikini wax. I had an appointment once a month on a specific day, like every Friday we'd go and and get the inside of our brows waxed and a bikini wax.

Kim, who is a spokesperson for the TRIA Laser Hair Removal System, added: 'I used to have my own wax kit at home and I used to just wax all the time.

The reality TV star, 30, stopped in at gourmet deli Blue Table while on a break from filming Keeping Up With The Kardashians with her sister Kourtney.

Mother of one Kourtney, who turns 32 later this month, sipped on soup while Kim devoured a focaccia and salad.

The curvy star, who works out up to seven days a week, has been regularly been spotted at the gym this month.

Kim was pictured out in West Hollywood yesterday with an enormous truck that positively dwarfed the 5'2" reality star.


The 30-year-old is usually seen out and about in her range rover or custom Bentley, but Kim cruised around town for the day in the monster-sized car with her sister Kourtney to film scenes for their E! reality series Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

But the huge vehicle proved too much to handle for the sisters, who ended up with a flat tire.

Kim told her seven million Twitter followers: 'Riding around with @KourtneyKardash in a pick up truck. Its like a monster truck & kinda fun!' adding shortly afterwards, 'We just got a flat tire....fun.'

Kourtney, 31, and Kim stopped in at a car garage to have the tire replaced, trailed, of course, by their ever-present camera crew.

Kourtney wore a printed black and white dress under a sharp-shouldered blazer, but it was her eye-catching blue shoes that attracted the most attention.

The mother-of-one's Christian Louboutins were electric blue with bizarre fringing detail and a towering platform.

After the tire was replaced the girls were ready to get moving again, with Kim needing a boost to climb into the passenger seat.

They then headed to the Inner Gardens showroom on Melrose Avenue where they perused the selection of designer plants.

They also enjoyed lunch at nearby Cuvee restaurant before Kourtney dropped her sister home.

It is unknown if Kim is planning on adding the enormous truck to her garage full of luxury vehicles.

In addition to her every day car the Range Rover, Kim owns a black Bentley Continental GTC and white Bentley Continental Flying Spur.

Also in her collection is a Lamborghini Gallrdo Spyder and a silver Ferrari F430.

Last week Kim told Cosmopolitan magazine that she is happy with the famous figure responsible for earning her enough cash to splash on the cars.

She said: 'Sometimes I pig out, and I still feel great, and think "That was so worth it!" That's how I feel a lot of the time.

'I think, "See this little dimple of cellulite here? It was so worth for that cookies 'n' cream ice cream!"

'If I was stuck on a diet my whole life I would be really miserable. I love to eat. If you can't enjoy your life then what's the point? You can't torture yourself.'

Kim Kardashian has recently turned 30-years-old and has all the wealth and privilege born from her growing empire.

But it seems she still has to get permission from her mother, who is also her manager, as to what events she can or cannot attend.

In tonight's episode of Kourtney and Kim Take New York, the reality star gets into an argument with her mother Kris Jenner after stating that she wanted to attend an event being put on by her brother-in-law Scott Disick to launch his new product.


Kim tells her 'mom-ager' that she is planning on attending a red carpet event with her sister Kourtney's boyfriend and father of their child Mason.

But Kris objects causing a conflict between them when she suggests her second of six children doesn't go for fear she would inadvertently endorse the products at the event.

'You're a big girl and I get that', Kris told Kim. 'When it comes to products you only have so much PR to go around, Kim. You can't just be showing up on the red carpet every night promoting a different product.'

'Mom-ager' drama: Kim had told Kris she was not going to go to Kourtney's boyfriend's new product launch - but changes her mind at the last minute which leads to Kris' blow up on seeing pictures of Kim online


But Kim retorts: 'I'm allowed to go out and do whatever I want.'

She tries to defend going to Scott's event saying that he supports a lot of her endeavours and she wants to go.

But she eventually decides that her mother may be right despite much taunting from Kourtney and Scott that she is not in control of her on life.

'My mom is my manager and I love having her run my schedule and my life and she's really business savvy. So this is business and if it's going to ruin a product or anything I have I'll definitely stay out it'.

The 31-year-old reality star fluffed her lines repeatedly during filming for her cameo appearance on ABC's One Life to Live - forcing the frustrated director to rebuke her for lack of preparation.

And all of her cringeworthy mishaps were captured on the E! show. She even resorted to getting acting advice from her brother Rob's ex-girlfriend Adrienne Bailon.

Kourtney can be seen wide-eyed, seemingly pleading for a life-line as the words elude her again and again.

Kourtney defended herself by explaining: 'The second I get to the studio, I'm rushed straight to the stage.'

'I literally thought I'd have two lines and my script is so long.'

But that wasn't Kourtney's only difficulty when it came to dipping her impeccably pedicured toe into the world of method acting.

Nevertheless, she remains relentlessly loyal - explaining that she was struggling to kiss another man, as required in the script. 'I'm not an actress,' she explained.

'I just don't feel like kissing some random guy, this is definitely a lot more than I thought I was agreeing to.'

She added after looking the unfortunate actor up on the internet: 'There's no way I could kiss that face.'

But then Kourtney and nightclub promoter Disick are enjoying a second flush of romance after averting what seemed like an unavoidable split.

Disick has been portrayed as a bad partner and father on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, in particular.

The popular series has shown him over-spending, drinking and generally being bad-tempered.

But the couple's move to New York, alongside Kim,30, cemented a new beginning, and the pair are said to be looking for a home in the area together.

'This is my city, I am thinking I can really improve myself there,' he revealed after the move.

They were recently pictured playing happy families in Beverly Hills, and although there was initially hostility from Kourtney's family to a reunion, they now have full support.

Kim and Kourtney Take New York airs Sunday on E!, her One Life to Live appearance is scheduled to be shown on Monday March 28, on ABC.

Reality star Kim Kardashian has admitted that she still has jiggly thighs and cellulite - despite an intensive exercise regime.

In a new interview, the reality star reveals she usually manages to exercise seven days a week - but says she still has hang-ups about her enviable figure.

And Kim, who was pictured dining out in West Hollywood last night with RnB star Ciara, admits that her weakness is her love of food.


'Of course I struggle with insecure moments,' she tells U.S. fitness magazine, Self. 'I wish I didn't. But I love to eat! Especially sweets.'

'And I'll say it. I think my thighs are jiggly and I have cellulite. Now let's move on!

'Because when I put the time in at the gym, I'm confident. You have to feel good to look good.'

Kim, who is famed for her curves, says her motivation for staying trim is seeing herself in a bikini.

'On days when I need extra motivation, I just think: 'Bikini, bikini, bikini!'' she says.

Whether or not she's motivated Kardashian says she makes it to the gym seven days a week when she is in Los Angeles.


Last year she admitted that she put on weight while she was filming in New York. But she says that her life is different when she is on the West Coast.

She says: 'When I'm in LA I exercise every day, I'm in the best shape of my life.

'Of course, I'm a perfectionist, so there's always room for improvement.

'I lift weights with my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, in the morning three days a week.

'After working out, I see a difference in my butt and thighs and my clothes fit a little differently, too.

'I'm also really proud of how toned my arms are.'

These days Kardashian says she celebrates her best assets.

She tells Self readers: 'Find the one part of your body that you love and accentuate it. 'For example, because I have a small waist, a big butt and thin legs, belts work for me.

'You have to know what looks best on your body.

'Growing up I saw only skinny models and didn't relate. Salma Hayek and Jennifer Lopez prove you can be curvy and proud!'

Kim, tucked into a hearty meal of burger and fries, complete with ketchup and mayonnaise, before finishing off with a muffin.

And with most Hollywood starlets often seen pushing their salads around the plate it must have been refreshing for diners to see the TV star enjoying her food.

In fact Kim was happy for the meal to be filmed as part of her reality show and as she tucked into her food assistants fixed her mic.

On last night's episode of Kourtney & Kim Take New York, the curvaceous reality star hit the recording studio to lay down her début single Jam (Turn It up).

Unfortunately, things didn't quite go as planned as Kim, 30, had trouble getting her vocals right.

At one point, she was so crest fallen, she stormed out of the studio, leaving mega-star music producer The Dream waiting for her to get it together.

It was clear she thought recording a CD would be a piece of cake, but it turned out to be much more difficult than she imagined.

She got a bit of encouragement from her friend, R&B singer Ciara who has had several hits including the single Goodies.

After returning to the studio, Kim began to feel more confident and was able to finish recording the song and even said she was pleased with the recording.

Kim released the single this past Thursday on Ryan Seacrest's KISS FM breakfast show.
The poppy dance track sounded similar to other work by The Dream, who has produced hits for the likes of Rihanna, Beyonce and Kanye West.

'It's a fun dance song,' Kim told Ryan Seacrest, going on to describe the response it got in Las Vegas over New Year.

'We played it in Tao in Vegas and the whole crowd was singing along in the end.'
The reality star-turned singer revealed she was uneasy at first about trying something new.

'I think it's only normal for me to be nervous,' she said.

'I'm human… this is definitely something that I don't do. I needed to step outside my comfort zone. This is a really big deal.'

Half of the profits from the single to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
Kim says she did the song to bring her out of her comfort zone and while she enjoyed it, she has no plans to release an album.
