Maybe I'm a bad person, but I would have rather Melinda went than Lakisha. I really liked her! She had a great spirit and was a lot of fun. And not to mention that voice!
At least Blake is still there :). Everyone was saying how bad he did but I still thought it was great. I DO wish he would butch it up a little. He's looking a little pretty. Who dresses these kids? Hire a better stylist!
On another note, today I am being positive a la The Secret. Let's see. My laptop came back already. My new ENT figured out what's wrong with me so I'm not crazy. (A deviated septum to the right which is causing my ear canal to be really skinny and it is just FILLED to the max with icky stuff which is causing pain. We are trying different drugs first to get rid of it. Surgery COULD be in the future :(. Honestly, I am in so much pain, that they can do whatever they want if it will make me better.) Also, I am flying tonight to visit my mom in St. Louis. I can't wait! I have a love/hate relationship with flying. I'm really claustrophobic so I freak out a little but once I get used to it, I love it. Last time I flew first class though so I'm spoiled and don't want to fly coach. Wait! That's not positive!
Do you believe in ideas like The Secret? I think its a dangerous thing. Positive thinking is important but it won't take away an illness or poverty. I think it makes people who are sick or poor, for example, feel like it is their fault because they didn't think positively. Not good. I DO think that looking on the bright side of things is really important and I am NOT any good at that. I'm going to try though. Then maybe I won't fail my Physics test today.
